Shipping Info

Lola Products has 2 shipping options; "Freight-Best Way" for orders below $40.00 and FREE for orders $40.00 and above (some exclusions do apply).

Freight-Best Way shipping charges are determined by order value. We have a very low FREE Shipping threshold of only $40.00 (order value includes Product Value, and excludes Shipping, Sales Tax, and Promo Codes, etc.), so most customers won’t even incur any shipping costs. Exclusions that apply to FREE SHIPPING include long handled mops/brooms, Revolution and Evolution Mop Systems, and 4-in-ONE Snap In Cleaning Kit. If what you originally came to the site for comes up a little shorter than $40.00, it’s easy to just add everyday products such as sponges, brushes or scourers to reach the threshold in order to receive FREE SHIPPING. Any order that exceeds $40 but includes one of the aforementioned items is not eligible for free shipping.             

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO's or FPO's under any circumstances.

FREE SHIPPING

Free Shipping is applied to all orders that have an order total equaling or exceeding $40.00 (exclusions apply when long handled mops/brooms and/or our Revolution/Evolution mops are included in any order). All orders, which qualify for free shipping, are sent by Lola’s choice of carrier and method. Please note: Using a discount coupon could make the order total fall below $40.00, which will negate the free shipping and add the standard shipping charge to the order. 

Free Shipping orders are processed and delivered within 5 to 7 business days from the receipt of order (excluding weekends and holidays) and most products are shipped from our warehouse in Northern New Jersey at Zip Code 07601. Orders placed after 3:00pm EST Monday through Friday will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are considered “Monday” pre-3pm orders, unless Monday is a holiday, or an emergency shut down at our warehouse. Orders placed on a holiday will be processed the next normal business day.

*On the $40.00 threshold, only "merchandise" counts toward the free shipping threshold number, excluded are shipping fees and sales taxes. And please remember, certain product exclusions apply.

LOLA Freight-Best Way:

Freight-Best Way orders are sent by Lola’s choice of carrier and method. Our shipping charges include the cost of processing the order, handling and packaging the item(s) you purchased, the delivery transportation costs and other related operating expenses. Below is a breakdown of our standard shipping rates.

Time In-Transit

Many items, unless otherwise requested, ship FREE if $40.00 and above worth of merchandise (this $40.00 threshold excludes sales taxes and shipping) and ship STANDARD if $39.99 or less, both with Lola’s choice of service, this could include USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx. On Free or Standard, after in-house processing time as indicated prior, from the date of shipment, FREE OR Freight-Best Way service rarely takes more than 3-5 open business days to reach its destination in the continental USA. Keep in mind, we ship most of our product from our Northern NJ warehouse, some exclusions may apply.

Every order on the site notes which method is used to ship it. From the date of shipment, UPS Ground service for example can take 1 day and rarely takes more than 5-7 business days to reach its furthest destination. Ground shipment is based on the point of shipment and distance to delivery area. Generally speaking, the closer the delivery location is geographically to our shipping warehouse, the faster you will receive your order.

If there is missing information or a need to contact you about your order, one of our customer service reps will get in touch with you to verify your order and/or billing information after the purchase. If you can’t be reached, the order may get delayed or suspended until we are able to ascertain the necessary information.
